How long are Wix contracts?
There are yearly and monthly agreements. If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis. If you sign up for a yearly agreement, the contract length is one year and you are automatically billed on a yearly basis.
How do I cancel?
It’s easy. As there are no cancellation fees you can cancel your upgrade at any time. Login to Wix.com and go to My Account, click “Manage Premium” and cancel your upgrade.

You can cancel your upgrade at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. No questions asked! Go to My Account, click “Manage Premium” and cancel your upgrade.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or transfer your packages at anytime. To switch to a different upgrade package, upgrade as usual via My Account and choose your new plan. To transfer your premium package to a different Wix site go to My Account > “Manage Premium”.
Is there a discount for a yearly commitment?
Yes, there are discounts of 18% (and more!) with the yearly agreements. To take advantage click the “Buy Now” button anywhere you see yearly discounts once you are logged into wix.com.
Do I need web hosting in addition to my Wix account?
